Maxxima Warranty For Radios, Speakers, Incandescent Lighting &
Other Accessories

Maxxima extends a limited warranty to the original
purchaser that the products listed below are free
from defects in materials and/or workmanship only.
Maxxima will replace any warranted product to the
original consumer/purchaser if the product fails
because of defects due to workmanship and/ or
materials within the limited warranty period.
Limited Warranty is not transferable and applies to
the original installation of the Maxxima product.
This offer does not constitute in any way a product
guarantee and Maxxima does not hereby assume any
obligation whatsoever beyond sending a free
replacement product.
LED Limited Warranty
Maxxima extends a limited warranty to the original
purchaser that the Maxxima sealed LED lamp is free
from defects in workmanship and materials only.
Maxxima will replace any sealed LED lamp to the
original consumer/purchaser if the lamp fails due to
workmanship or materials. The Limited Warranty
does not apply to severe applications such as
construction equipment and off-road vehicles. These
examples are not all inclusive of such excluded
applications. Corrosive chemicals, agents, petroleum
products, and harsh cleaners are incompatible with
Maxxima sealed LED Lamps. The LED Limited
Warranty does not apply to damage associated with
these products.
The Limited Warranty is not transferable and applies
to the original installation of the Maxxima LED
Lamp for as long as the original consumer /
purchaser owns the vehicle up to 100,000 hours of
service use. Standard internal multi-pin connector
integral to the lamp is covered by a five (5) year
limited warranty.
All other Maxxima Heavy Duty products are covered
by a standard one (1) year Limited Warranty from
date of original purchase.
Product Replacement Instructions
Please contact the Maxxima Sales Representative in
your area or call Maxxima/Panor Corp. customer
service at (631) 434-1200 extension 11, or fax to
(631) 434-1457 for instructions and or a Returns
Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Field scrap with
full credit or product replacement at Maxxima's
option. Products returned must be shipped freight
prepaid with the RGA number clearly marked on the
outside of the carton.
ALL MAXXIMA STEREOS ARE MARINIZED FOR THE
MARINE ENVIRONMENT: SILICON SPRAYED CIRCUITRY/
BUILT-IN VIBRATION ABSORPTION SYSTEM/
ANODIZED CHASSIS - SPEAKERS ARE WATERPROOF
WATTAGE MAY VARY ON STEREOS. SOME ARE RATED AT
PEAK POWER, SOME ARE RATED AT 10% T.H.D.
(DISTORTION RATE).
Warranty
Speakers: All polycone speakers have a 2 year
exchange warranty. Stereos: All Maxxima radios have
a 1 year exchange warranty. Return Goods
Authorization Number (RGA) must accompany all
returns. Please call Maxxima (Panor Corp.) for Return
Authorization (631) 434-1200 or Fax: (631)
434-1457. All merchandise must be returned to our
warehouse freight pre-paid. Collect returns will not
be accepted. Credit or replacement at Panor's
option. There will be no charge for replacement of
Maxxima Marine equipment as described in the
warranty accompanied with stereo and speakers.
MAXXIMA DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST WATER GETTING
INTO CIRCUITRY OF STEREO. STEREOS ARE BUILT
TO WITHSTAND THE RIGORS OF THE MARINE
ENVIRONMENT. WATER SEEPAGE WILL CAUSE
DAMAGE. MAXXIMA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCLAIM
WARRANTY AGAINST ABUSE AND/OR NEGLECT.
